・When placing multiple orders, each item will be packed and shipped in a separate box to prevent damage during delivery. As a result, shipping charges will apply to each item individually.

・Returns and Exchanges
Ceramics items will only be eligible for a return or refund if the item arrives damaged.
Please note that although shipping insurance is included in the postage, Hasemusi Ceramics must file a claim with the insurance company within a specified time frame. Therefore, if an item arrives damaged, the customer must notify Hasemusi Ceramics by email within 5 days of receiving the item. The email must include:
Photos of the damaged item
The shipping label
The condition of both the exterior and interior packaging
Additionally, the customer must bring the damaged item and all original packing materials to the local post office where the item was delivered. At the post office, the customer is required to complete a damage report and file a damage claim. If the customer completes this process, Hasemusi Ceramics will issue a refund or replacement.
