返品について

Hasemusi Ceramics pieces will only be returned or refunded if the item is damaged upon arrival.
Please note that although shipping insurance is included in the postage, Hasemusi Ceramics must file a claim with the insurance company within a certain period of time before Hasemusi Ceramics can file a claim. Therefore, if an item arrives damaged, the customer must send Hasemusi Ceramics an email within 5 days of receipt of the item with images of the damaged item, packing label, and condition of the exterior and interior packaging, and then bring the damaged item and all packing materials to the local post office that delivered the item to the customer, In addition, you are required to bring all damaged merchandise, packing materials, etc. to the local post office where it was delivered to the customer, fill out a damage report, and file a damage claim. If you are willing to do this, your refund/replacement offer to Hasemusi Ceramics will be valid.
In this case, the customer will be refunded via PayPal before the insurance claim is paid to Hasemusi Ceramics.
