About Payment Billing Date

Payment time : Payment will be confirmed when the product order is confirmed.

Shipping Date

Orders will be shipped within 5 days of the order date, or within 5 days of the scheduled ship date in the case of pre-orders.

For international orders, we cannot accept orders from countries where EMS is not available.

Delivery may be delayed due to corona damage and the effects of international affairs. Delivery time is usually about 1 week, but it may take 2 to 3 weeks or up to 30 days depending on factors such as destination, customs clearance, weather changes, and peak period. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery. Damage or loss in transit shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping company.

Notes on Refund and Returning Goods

Returns and Exchanges

Ceramics items will only be eligible for a return or refund if the item arrives damaged.
Please note that although shipping insurance is included in the postage, Hasemusi Ceramics must file a claim with the insurance company within a specified time frame. Therefore, if an item arrives damaged, the customer must notify Hasemusi Ceramics by email within 5 days of receiving the item. The email must include:
Photos of the damaged item
The shipping label
The condition of both the exterior and interior packaging
Additionally, the customer must bring the damaged item and all original packing materials to the local post office where the item was delivered. At the post office, the customer is required to complete a damage report and file a damage claim.
If the customer completes this process, Hasemusi Ceramics will issue a refund or replacement.
