About Price

•Payments will be paid in Japanese yen. The price in the foreign currency is a rough estimate.
• All prices include tax.
• Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the destination. Please refer to each product page for detailed shipping costs.
• Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may be charged depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. For details, please contact your local customs office or tax authority.

About Payment Billing Date

•For international orders, we accept PayPal as a secure and trusted payment method.
• Payments are processed in Japanese yen (JPY). The final amount in foreign currency is determined at the time of payment processing by PayPal, based on the exchange rate and fees applied by PayPal.

Shipping Date

• Orders will be shipped within 5 days of the order date, or within 5 days of the scheduled shipping date in the case of pre-orders.
• We cannot accept international orders from countries where EMS service is not available.
• Delivery may be delayed due to the impact of COVID-19 and international circumstances. While delivery typically takes about one week, it may take 2–3 weeks or up to 30 days depending on the destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, and peak shipping periods. Please note that we are not responsible for delays in delivery. Any damage or loss during transit will be subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping carrier.

Notes on Refund and Returning Goods

• Ceramic items are eligible for return, refund, or exchange only if they arrive damaged.
• Although shipping insurance is included, Hasemusi Ceramics must submit a damage claim to the insurance provider within a specified time frame. Therefore, customers must notify Hasemusi Ceramics by email within 5 days of receiving a damaged item.
• The email must include the following:
 – Photos of the damaged item
 – A photo of the shipping label
 – Photos showing the condition of both the exterior and interior packaging
• In addition, customers are required to bring the damaged item and all original packing materials to the local post office where the item was delivered. At the post office, customers must complete a damage report and file a damage claim.
• Once this process has been completed, Hasemusi Ceramics will issue a refund or provide a replacement.
